Promoting Independence in People - PIP- is our trained support team whose members can visit you in your home and talk to you about your needs and wishes.

Whether you want help filling in a form, advice about your rights and choices, or need a bit of care and support, one of our experienced team can help you.

If your circumstances have changed or if you have recently lost a service you think you need then one call to the PIPs can help. A PIP will visit you in your own home and talk to you about what would make your life better. We will then do our utmost to make it happen.

The PIP will work with you to access one of our main services such as home care, aid call and befriending or a specialist service provided by another organisation and if you don't think these services will meet your own needs, then we will develop a service around you and your lifestyle.
